Stein Hanssen Sæstad
I work as an ERP Systems Specialist, running Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for a global group with offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. I am the main point of contact for Business Central across departments and offices, and my day-to-day covers system stability and uptime, master data quality, user access and license management, and the integrations between Business Central and our other systems.
I also prioritize development of our custom Business Central apps, translating business needs into requirements and managing the work with our implementation partner. On the data side, I work with teams across the business to make ERP data available in our data warehouse, build Power BI reporting, and automate manual processes.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Informatics, specializing in the design and development of IT systems. My earlier roles across consulting, software development, and technical support sharpened my skills in system administration, data quality, and process improvement, and taught me the value of good data and clear documentation early on.
